The firm was founded by attorney, Dennis Chen, after years of experience in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation litigation.  Shortly after founding his fiirm, Dennis began learning real estate law by attending numerous seminars and taking small real estate matters to supplement his personal injury practice.  Because of Dennis' background representing injury victims on a contingency fee basis, he is able to take some real estate litigation cases on a contingency basis also.

Injury cases are almost always contingency cases.  There are no fees or costs if we fail to recover any money in your personal injury case.  In other words, if I spend $3,000.00 of my own money representing you in a personal injury case and we lose at trial, then I lose my $3,000.00 because you will not have to repay me.  Call the office to determine if your matter qualifies for contingent fee representation.
